We’re offering a low-cost Click & Collect solution during lockdown, and adding an at table Order & Pay service for when venues re-open.

Easy to use and access – just set up your account, upload your menu items, and share your listing with customers in 15 minutes.  

An in-venue dashboard, that works on a phone, PC or tablet is used to manage orders. And all of this comes with the Standard package. 

Click & Collect

Take collection and delivery orders via a simple web interface:

  • Customers choose from your available items and collection or delivery slots.
  • Payment is made via Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • A message tells them when their food is ready and safe to collect.

Order & Pay

When customers can come back and dine in, they can do so safely:​

  • Full At Table ordering via a mobile website.
  • Payment is made via Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Customers can even order and pay ahead and just walk in and eat.

Operator app

Available via mobile, tablet or PC, the operator app allows you to:

  • Set up your account and edit your menu and prices.
  • Select available slots then add a PayPal account via a webpage. You're ready to take orders!
  • Track and manage your live orders via an in-venue dashboard.

Bees only do a few things, but they do them very well. They’re quick, they’re pivotal in the production of food and they’re soft and cuddly. What’s not to like?

An email address, a PayPal account and a mobile phone. It really is that simple.

No, none from us. If you’re part of our aggregated platform you pay OrderBee a flat rate of between £80 and £100 per month per site whether you have 1 sale or 10,000 sales per month. There are payment fees direct from PayPal for each transaction which range from 1.2-2.9%+30p (depending on the payment method). 

We’re using PayPal. It’s trusted, it’s secure and it’s quick for both us and you. All you need to start trading is a PayPal account (and if you don’t have one you can sign up for one during the sign up journey) – using PayPal also means we don’t need to “touch” any of your money, it’s all handled by them.

Not for launch, but we will fairly quickly afterwards. We won’t be getting involved in the actual delivery, but we’ll give you the tools via the platform to manage deliveries and collect the data you need to facilitate them.

Not right now, but we’re working hard to do so. Right now we have plans to integrate with Zonal, Oracle, Tevalis, NCR, Square, SumUp and Lightspeed.

Our payment partner on the Orderbee platform is Paypal. Other payment partners can be integrated, but only via the ‘Bee-spoke’ approach.

Hello, we're Omnifi

Well, we’re surprised you’ve made it this far, but since you’re here, we thought we’d tell you a little bit about us.

We’re Omnifi, a digital innovation agency working in the hospitality sector with people like Frankie & Benny’s, Stonegate Pub Company, wagamama, Vagabond, Pitcher & Piano, Puttshack, The Alchemist and Marston’s.

We’re building orderbee for operators in response to the disruption to our clients’ and our own business caused by the suspension of in-venue dining and the country-wide lockdown.

We build bespoke systems day in day out for our clients, now we’re taking all of that knowledge and building a simple product. We’re experts in the field, we live and breathe this sort of thing.
